Theta Technologies builds software for the industries I've operated in directly — property management, insurance, and service operations. Before writing code, I ran cleaning crews, sold insurance policies, recruited and trained sales teams, and managed client operations on the ground.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using any product or service operated by Theta Technologies LLC ("Company"), a Florida LLC, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

The Company develops and operates SaaS platforms including Staio, Hunter, Aligned, Theta CRM, and TOS. Each product may have additional terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use Services unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, reverse-engineer software, or transmit malicious code.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and technology are Company property. You own your uploaded data, subject to our license to operate Services.

6. Privacy

Data handling governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Payment

Paid Services are non-refundable unless stated. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

8. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THETA TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You indemnify Theta Technologies LLC from claims arising from your use of Services.

State of Florida. Miami-Dade County courts.

Privacy Policy

Theta Technologies LLC respects your privacy.

2. What We Collect

Account info (name, email, company, billing). Usage data (logs, device info, interactions). Operational data you input. Support communications.

3. How We Use It

To provide and improve Services, process billing, respond to support, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

4. Sharing

We don't sell personal data. We share with service providers under confidentiality, as required by law, to protect rights, or in business transfers.

5. Security

Encryption at rest and in transit. Role-based access. Secure authentication. Regular assessments.

6. Retention

Data kept while active. Deleted within 90 days of termination, except where law requires retention.

7. Your Rights
